Rutland Cutting Edge Women’s Hockey started in 2002 by Cheryl LeBlanc, Harriet Parot and Cindi Wight. All three started playing as adults and met through pick-up hockey in Middlebury, VT. When Cindi moved to Rutland they decided to start a team in Rutland. The team has grown over the years. There is now a three team house league, competitive travel team and the beginnings of a novice travel team. Coaches are Crandy Grant & Chris Greene.
